About Us
We opened our first awards business in 1979 in the Rio Grande Valley under the name Valley Trophies. In 1993 we fell in love with the natural beauty of the Hill Country, sold Valley Trophies and moved to the San Marcos area. It was here that Hill Country Trophy originated. We're located at 2100 Old Ranch Road 12, Suite A. We have had the good fortune to serve customers for over 30 years and look forward to building relationships with new ones.

Synthia Ann Ricketson (Cindi) Kelly (November 14, 1946 - August 4, 2021) started Valley Trophies in her dining room in 1979 in Weslaco, where the business is still thriving. In 1993, Cindi and her husband and sons relocated to San Marcos, and opened Hill Country Trophy in 1994. She will always be remembered for greeting everyone who walked in the door with a bright smile, kind words and endless eagerness to help them achieve their award needs. Cindi will be dearly missed by the many family and friends she leaves behind, but there is great comfort in knowing she is living with our Lord, no longer suffering, and we can look forward to seeing her again someday.
